Getting a new home owners policy is getting to be harder. Last year Progressive declined a combined auto/home policy for me. Glad they changed their algorithm for coverage to included my area this year. My other choice was way expensive on home but much cheaper than Progressive on the auto. But combined Progressive came in the best and cheapest for my needs.

I had a progressive policy for my car for many years until your rates crept up little by little and became unreasonable. Another carrier came in and blew away your auto rates. Ironically a few months later your motorcycle rates did the same to my other carrier. I don't like insurance companies.

I had Erie insurance for 25+ years and was paying way too much going to progressive was the best thing I did and saved a lot of money

I was so pleased to see a progressive agent in the small town I moved to. The customer service is excellent. I was treated like I mattered. I would % recommend Progressive to everyone.

Disappointed it the score keeping on how I am driving because there are some things that we cant control like other drivers cutting you off when you are driving 5mph and you have to hard break, that’s one example of not being fair to the insured.
